2.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the piv288 platform are strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account. piv288 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services.
Underage Access is Strictly Prohibited. Any individual under 21 years of age who registers or attempts to register a piv288 Account is in direct violation of these Terms & Conditions. piv288 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to belong to an underage individual and to void any associated balance, winnings, or bonuses.
2.2 Residency. The piv288 platform is designed for and primarily marketed to players located in Indonesia. By registering, you acknowledge that you access and use the platform entirely at your own initiative and risk, and that you are solely responsible for determining whether such use is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the piv288 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Excluded Persons. 2.5 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not acting under any legal incapacity, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract.

Registration requires a valid email address, a secure password, and your confirmation that you are aged 21 or above and accept these Terms & Conditions and the piv288 Privacy Policy.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. 3.4 Email Verification. Upon completing registration, piv288 will send a verification email to the address you provided. Your Account will not be fully activated until you click the verification link in that email. The verification link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent.
3.5 Account Currency. All piv288 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are made in Rupiah, and all game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and account balances are displayed and settled in Rupiah. piv288 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
4.1 Verification Requirement. piv288 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing a withdrawal, increasing deposit limits, or continuing to operate an Account. This requirement forms part of piv288's commitment to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
4.2 Documents Required. KYC verification may require you to provide one or more of the following: (a) a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license); (b) proof of current residential address dated within the past three months; (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot); and (d) any additional documentation piv288 reasonably requests to verify your identity or the source of funds.
4.3 Verification Timeline. piv288 aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving a complete set of requested documents. 4.4 Right to Refuse. piv288 reserves the right to refuse to process a withdrawal or to suspend an Account if a Player declines to complete KYC verification when requested, or if the documents provided are found to be fraudulent, expired, or inconsistent with the Account registration information.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. piv288 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 across all accepted payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Individual payment providers may apply higher minimum amounts consistent with their own operating rules.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and most major bank transfers are typically credited to your piv288 Account balance within seconds to five minutes. During periods of high transaction volume or technical disruption on the Indonesian banking network, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact piv288 live chat support with your transfer receipt.
5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. piv288 does not charge fees for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
5.6 Declined Deposits. piv288 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Declined deposit amounts will be returned to the originating payment account within a reasonable timeframe.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to all Players who have: (a) completed email verification; (b) satisfied any applicable KYC requirements; (c) completed the wagering requirements applicable to any Bonus Funds contributing to the withdrawal balance; and (d) complied with these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Accepted Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for the Player's most recent deposit, as a default anti-fraud measure. 6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.4 Processing Time. piv288 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during WIB business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawals submitted outside of these hours, or during Indonesian public holidays, will be queued for processing at the next available business session. Withdrawals subject to KYC review may take longer.
6.5 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name and matching the information on the Player's piv288 Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
6.6 Withdrawal Fees. piv288 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. External fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside piv288's control and are your responsibility.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonus offers and promotions made available by piv288 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms for the specific promotion in question.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time limit will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being removed from the Account without compensation.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time unless the relevant promotion explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without explicit permission constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. piv288 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to complete wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other Players to exploit promotional structures.
7.5 Promotional Eligibility. piv288 reserves the right to restrict the eligibility for any promotion to specific Player segments, geographic locations, or deposit tiers. Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), or Imlek are subject to their own eligibility and duration terms.
8.1 Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the piv288 platform:
8.2 piv288 reserves the right to investigate any Account activity it deems suspicious and to suspend or permanently close Accounts found to be in violation of this clause, with or without prior notice, and to void any associated balances pending investigation.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the piv288 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10.2 In all cases where piv288's liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of piv288 to any individual Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their piv288 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
10.3 piv288 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Planned maintenance windows and unscheduled technical outages may occur. piv288 will not be liable for any losses attributed to platform downtime, including missed betting opportunities or in-play game interruptions.
Game Outcomes Disclaimer: All game results on the piv288 platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. 13.1 Suspension by piv288. piv288 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering; (d) underage access; (e) the use of automated tools; (f) the provision of false identity information; or (g) any other activity harmful to the platform, other Players, or third parties.
13.2 Termination by piv288. Following investigation of a suspended Account, piv288 may permanently terminate the Account. Upon permanent termination for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms & Conditions), piv288 may forfeit any real-money balance remaining in the Account after deducting any direct losses suffered by piv288 as a result of the breach, subject to applicable law.
13.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. A Player may voluntarily close their piv288 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's nominated withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
13.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination — whether by piv288 or at the Player's request — all licenses granted under these Terms & Conditions are immediately revoked, and the Player's access to the platform will be disabled.
14.1 piv288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
